Our Services

Our mental health team hold extensive training in Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, self-awareness training, Restorative Yoga, family counselling, community reintegration, group counselling, crisis intervention, Brain Injury Family Intervention – BIFI, Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).


Our dietary specialists assist in the development of healthy and balanced meal plans, clinical guidance for weight loss/ gain/ maintenance, and optimized nutritional intake strategies based on any condition (cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological, musculoskeletal etc.). We work with you to achieve your nutritional goals.
